PLANS TO BUILD owner and founder, George Kraus, started as a draftsman major as early as high school and then on to college in the Whittier and  Pico Rivera school system in the late 1960's. After relocating to the Hemet Valley in the mid 1970's, began a career in Building and Contracting that has lasted over 40 years. In that time, George accumulated a life time of Construction Expeience. As a General Contractor, George prepared his own Construction Drawings  for each project he undertook. Then one day a friend asked for a Set of Drawings for a project they were undertaking. The word got out and more and more requests for Construction Drawing Sets until it became clear Plans to Build was now a perminate part of George's business plan.
